Emergency Links And Numbers For Tropical Storm Hermine

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and Delaware Governor Jack Markell have both issued state of emergencies as Tropical Storm Hermine nears.

As a result, here are some things to know in case of a disaster.
