2016 Guide To Budweiser's 'Made In America' Festival
It's true the summer is winding down but in Philadelphia, the season always goes out with a bang -- and by bang we mean Budweiser's Made In America Festival on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
Here's everything you need to know about the two-day event!

WHEN:
Saturday, Sept. 3 and Sunday, Sept. 4 (Labor Day Weekend)
Doors open at noon. Performances are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
The concert is expected to run until midnight on Saturday and 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

TICKETS:
A two-day wristband goes for $162 but customers will end up paying $184 which includes the $22 service fee. They can be purchased here.
Saturday-only wristbands cost $99.50 each with the $10.25 service fee bringing the total to $109.75. They can be purchased here.
Sunday-only wristbands cost $99.50 each with the $10.25 service fee bringing the total to $109.75. They can be purchased here.
There is no re-entry to the festival.
According to festival organizers, fans that do not have a ticket will be directed away by security and loitering around the perimeter will not be allowed.

WHAT'S ALLOWED IN:
Festival-goers are permitted to bring in empty aluminum bottles and factory sealed water bottles up to one liter. Small hand-held umbrellas are also allowed.
No glass containers, No drugs, No alcohol, No animals (Except Service Animals per ADA guidelines) / No weapons (regardless of permit), No Lawn Chairs, No backpacks except those smaller than 12x12 inches and No flags, signs or banners regardless of size. According to the city officials, smoking is not permitted on any Parks & Recreation property including, but limited to, buildings, playgrounds, ice or skating rinks, fields or courts, pools, picnic areas, walking areas and parking lots.

Food trucks will be available inside the festival. Organizers say more details TBA.
In addition there will be free filtered water at many stations inside the festival.

TRANSPORTATION:
By Car: If you decide to drive to The City of Brotherly Love, be sure to check out parking options ahead of time. Since many on-street parking spots have a limit, festival organizers suggest finding a parking garage for the day. Click here for a parking locator. Use the "Popular Destinations" drop down, click "Museums" and then click "Philadelphia Museum of Art" for locations nearest the parkway.
By Bus: Traveling from New York, New Jersey, D.C., Baltimore or Boston? Taking a bus may be the way to go. The Greyhoud Bus Terminal is located at 10th and Filbert Streets. Megabus and BoltBus pickup from outside 30th Street Station. Both options are short taxi rides away from the parkway. Connecting to a local SEPTA bus route is another option but note that some regular routes are being directed away from the parkway due to the event: Routes 7, 32, 33, 38, 43 and 48 will be detoured from their normal routes through the parkway area beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2 through 5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 5. By PHLASH: Philadelphia Downtown Bus Loop is another great transportation option and one to remember if you are just visiting Philly. The bus has stops at 22 locations in Center City and in the vicinty of the parkway. Click here to check the schedule.
By Train: PATCO, Amtrak and SEPTA's Regional Rail and Subway lines are all options for getting people to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The Broad Street and Market Frankford Lines offer overnight service on Saturdays. Late-night train service will also be available on SEPTA's Regional Rail Lines on Saturday and Sunday nights departing from Jefferson, Suburban and 30th Street Stations. If the concert runs late on Saturday or Sunday, these trains will be held for approximately 20 minutes after the concert ends. But keep in mind, SEPTA's Regional Rail schedule is limited on Sundays and may not stop at all stations. By Trolley: Trolley Routes 10, 11, 13, 15, 34 and 36 offer convenient service to and from the concert -- specifically 19th and 22nd Street Stations provide easy walking access to the parkway. Trolley Route 15 connects with Broad Street and Market Frankford Line service at Girard Avenue.
By Bike: Festival organizers say a bike plan, including options for concert-goers to store their bikes while at the concert is TBA.

ROAD CLOSURES:
Some road closures will be in effect starting Friday, Sept. 2 and will run through Tuesday, Sept. 6 on areas around the Ben Franklin Parkway and Kelly Drive.
Delays can be expected and motorists are advised to avoid the area by using alternate routes, and allow for extra driving time in the areas near these festivities before and during Labor Day Weekend.
