Fletcher Cox Came To Connor Barwin's Defense During Practice Fight
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One of the first scuffles of Eagles training camp came on Thursday: Connor Barwin vs. Allen Barbre.

"I had a stunt up the middle and my back is a little tight," Barwin told the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show after practice. "And so, instead of trying to run around Allen Barbre I just kind of [inaudible] my speed and run right through him, right to the quarterback. I guess he didn't appreciate it that much, so we had some words.
"It was nothing. There was no kind of real fight or anything."

However, according to reports, Eagles Pro Bowl defensive lineman Fletcher Cox came to the defense of Barwin and leveled an offensive lineman -- presumably Barbre.
"You don't want to fight your teammate, but Connor is basically in our room and I'm like this -- if one of our guys is going then all of us gotta go," Cox told the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show after practice. "Basically, that's not something that you want to see but in training camp that happens."
