'That's My Man': FLOTUS Tweets At POTUS After DNC Speech

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On Wednesday Democratic heavy weights took to the stage of the DNC to show their support for Hillary Clinton.

Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine, Vice President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama were among the night's most talked about speakers.

Here are some social media reactions to DNC day three.

First Lady Michelle Obama praised her husband's speech on Twitter.

"That's my man!" she wrote. "Your truth, dignity and grace reminds us what real leadership looks like. I am always proud of our @POTUS- mo" Mo being an indication that Michelle, not a staffer, wrote the tweet in celebration.

The First Lady also showed her support for Vice President Joe Biden. Biden's speech attacked Republican nominee Donald Trump by referencing one of the phrases that Trump has made famous, posing the question of how could anyone find pleasure in saying the phrase, "you're fired."

"He's trying to tell us he cares about the middle class," Biden said. "That's a bunch of malarkey. This guy doesn't have a clue about the middle class. Not a clue."

On Twitter, she wrote "To one of my favorite men in the world. Joe, thank you & Jill for all you've done for this country. Our love for you is deep. So proud! -mo"

While Biden's speech was well received by onlookers, it was a parody account of his wife Jill Biden that summarized the thoughts of many.

Trump, on the other hand, was not amused by Biden's remarks.

A tweet, that Biden seemingly ignored. Posting a picture of his late son Beau Biden, Joe reminisced on eight years ago when he embraced his son on the DNC stage.
