Milo Yiannopoulos On DNC: 'It's Like North Korea, People Are Banned From Sections'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Breitbart tech editor Milo Yiannopoulos joined Dom Giordano on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT while in town for the Democratic National Convention.

Milo, who was recently banned from Twitter because of his exchange with Ghostbusters actress Leslie Jones, says he plans to hang with protesters while staying in the City of Brotherly Love.

"I like Bernie people. It's the Hillary people who are the bad guys," Milo says.

Comparing the crowds from the Republican National Convention to the DNC, Milo says it's a very different atmosphere.

"Everyone at the RNC was upbeat, happy and nice. No one wants to talk here."

"It's like North Korea. People are banned from going into certain sections," he said in reference to lights allegedly being turned off on protesters in certain sections in the Wells Fargo Center.

Though Milo said he does plan to hit the streets to meet some protesters, he offers this advice to others planning to do so:

"Hold your nose! These protesters do not shower. Republican women dress so nice. Everyone here is ugly and smelly. This beautiful city is destroyed by it."

He did comment on that permanent Twitter ban, too.

"Twitter has been waiting to ban me for months. They said me not liking something a black woman does is not okay."
