Local Fitness Guru Creates Viral Concept You Can Do Anywhere

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Your living room can be a dangerous place when it comes to health. Cable TV can easily go with pizza and popcorn.

Thanks to a local fitness expert, now home can be where the health is.

Lauren Boggi is going viral, taking her Lithe Fitness Method to the masses. Her new website, LBactive.com, can let you do her workouts anytime, anywhere. As a former cheerleader, she's created a cheer-based workout that she guarantees will be a total body-changer.

"Lithe Method is very well loved. It's addictive," Boggi said. "Everyone is obsessed with it once they start, but you can't always make it in the studios." Boggi thought the best way to bring the method to the masses was to go online. "You'll be able to take a class with me three times a week from your home."

"I work a crazy night-shift schedule and don't always get to classes so, when Lauren and her team started doing this, it's created this incredible, supportive community," said Molly May.

Lithe Method has two studios in Philadelphia, and one in Haverford, where you can take classes in person.
