Man Arrested For Groping Woman In Radnor Nail Salon

by Kristen Johanson

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Delaware County have charged a man with assault after he touched a woman Thursday during a massage at a nail salon chain, and they fear there could more victims.

Authorities say a 20-year-old woman went in to have their nails done at Blooming Nail Salon in Wayne, when a man who worked there approached her and offered a massage.

"He actually reached around and touched her breast in the process of doing the massage," said Radnor Police Lieutenant Andy Block.

He says the victim immediately drove to the police station to report the incident and detectives arrested the 31-year-old worker Jaime Chacon, charging him with indecent assault and harassment.

"We have every reason to believe he is not a licensed masseuse," said Block.

The salon has two other locations: one in Newtown Square which Chacon also worked. Block says the owner is fully cooperating with police.

"We have reason to believe that there are other victims out there in the communities, and if they are a victim of Chacon, we would ask them to contact the Radnor police," he said.
