PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Just in time for Fourth of July celebrations, WalletHub has announced the best cities to watch fireworks.
Seattle, Washington topped the list, followed by Minneapolis and New Orleans.

Philadelphia is 27th on the list.
WalletHub says they looked at several criteria to make the list, including walkability, activities and weather.

WalletHub projects that American households will spend an average of $370.75 on Fourth of July festivities, which is up seven percent from last year.
