Report: Sixers 'Ramping Up Effort' To Acquire Pick No. 3
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Sixers and Celtics have been rumored in trade talks for awhile now.
Just hours away from the NBA Draft, ESPN's Marc Stein is reporting the Sixers are "ramping up its effort" to acquire the third overall pick from the Celtics.

Both the Celtics and Sixers have three first-round picks, while Boston also has five second-round selections. On Tuesday, Sixers GM Bryan Colangelo told reporters he wants to move up and acquire a second top-eight pick.
Stein also reports that Philly is one of the most active teams and Nerlens Noel is the most likely to be traded, not Jahlil Okafor.
Recently, ESPN's Chad Ford speculated a trade that would send Okafor to the Celtics for Avery Bradley.
The Sixers are hoping to acquire another top pick to pair a guard with their likely first overall selection, Ben Simmons. The three top-options for the Sixers would be Kris Dunn, Jamal Murray, and Buddy Hield.
Dunn, the guard the Sixers are reportedly most interested in, apparently has interest from the Celtics too -- even despite their crowded backcourt.
Or, they could just be creating trade interest?
