Temple Researchers Make Lower Fat Chocolate

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Researchers at Temple University may be on to something.

They are using an electrical trick to make lower fat chocolate.

The researchers say they were able to reduce the fat by about ten percent by running liquid chocolate through an electric field.

They say it makes the chocolate flow more easily, which means it needs less fat to make treats.

The process make the chocolate healthier, and they say it still tastes good.
