Tim Tebow Helping Ohio State In Recruiting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Ohio State University is using Tim Tebow in their recruiting tactics and the former Heisman Trophy winner has nothing to do with Ohio State.

Tebow, 28, played under Urban Meyer -- who is now the head coach for the Buckeyes -- at Florida. Tebow and Meyer won back-to-back national championships together, including the one in 2007 BCS National Championship win over Ohio State.

According to a study done in February, Tebow is one of the two most polarizing NFL quarterbacks with Tom Brady being the other. However, Tebow has not played in an NFL regular season since 2012 with the New York Jets.

Of course, Tebow last NFL stint was with the Eagles during training camp last summer. Tebow did not make the roster.
