I-95 NB Reopens At Girard Avenue Following Multi-Vehicle Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- I-95 northbound was shut down at Girard Avenue for several hours Wednesday morning due to a multi-vehicle accident.
The crash involved two tractor-trailers and one of them was on fire.

There are no reports of injuries.
The road reopened just after 11 a.m.
