JetBlue Offers Free Flights To Families Of Orlando Victims

ORLANDO (CBS) – The mass-shooting in Orlando is on record as America's deadliest shooting to date. With 49 total confirmed deaths in such a popular city, families all across the country are mourning, while trying to deal with such a harsh reality.

As companies all around lend a helping hand, JetBlue is stepping in and offering free flights to and from Orlando to family members of the victims.

"Like many of you, we continue to watch reports of the Orlando nightclub shooting with great sadness," the company said on its website. "We want to do our part to help the victims of this tragedy, as well as support the Orlando community through this difficult time."

The company stated that the shooting was felt by thousands of their crew members, many of whom live in, work from and travel through Orlando.

Due to this, the airline is providing free seats on available flights to and from Orlando for immediate family and domestic partners of victims who were killed or injured when a gunman opened fire at Pulse nightclub on Sunday.
