NJ Middle School Teacher Charged For Having Sexual Communication With Student
VINELAND, N.J. (CBS) -- The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office announced charges against a teacher for having inappropriate communication with a teenage student.
Officials say that Richard Super, 36, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in communication that could impair the morals of the child while being responsible for the child's care.
Authorities say that Super was a teacher at Rossi Middle School, in Vineland, when he engaged in communications of a sexual nature with a 13-year-old girl.
Officials say that the investigation is ongoing, but they say, at this time, there is no reason to suspect that there are other victims.
