Thunderstorms Cause Severe Damage Throughout Delaware Valley

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A fast-moving storm knocked down trees and power lines throughout the Delaware Valley and New Jersey causing severe damage to vehicles.

Eyewitness News reporter Anita Oh is in Camden where a tree collapsed onto a woman's vehicle while she was inside.

"My car is a complete loss, but I'm just glad I wasn't lost in it," the victim stated.

Eyewitness News reporter Vittoria Woodill captured the damage from Waterworks near the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Eyewitness News reporter Joe Holden captured some cloud activity in Fishtown right before the massive downpour.

CBS3 Meteorologist Lauren Casey got a look of the weather from the CBS3 Sky Deck. "Well, that's ominous."
