Report: Darren Sproles Expected To Report To Minicamp
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Darren Sproles and Fletcher Cox -- the Eagles' best offensive and defensive weapons, respectively -- have not participated in voluntary team workouts this offseason.
With mandatory minicamp beginning this week, all eyes are on the Eagles' stars.
According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, Sproles is "slated to show up" to minicamp.
Sproles, who turns 33 on June 20th, is entering the final-year of his contract. Earlier reports indicated the Eagles' were receiving trade inquirers about Sproles, however head coach Doug Pederson said there is no truth to the trade rumors.
Cox was reportedly on a plane heading to Philly on Sunday.
