Teen Boy Hospitalized After Being Struck By Car
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are on the scene at 4th and Spring Garden Streets, where a 14-year old boy was struck by a car Thursday morning.
The victim walked in front of a stopped SEPTA bus, and was then struck by a sedan that was trying to pass that bus.
The boy is listed in stable condition, and the driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.
