Colangelo On Number 1 Draft Pick: 'I Know What I Would Do Today'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia 76ers General Manager Bryan Colangelo was on SportsRadio 94WIP Tuesday morning where he discussed the upcoming NBA draft.
The Sixers are in possession of the number one overall pick.
"It's one thing to say you don't know, or you don't want to tell, or you can't tell… Even if we were set in stone on our decision, we're
prohibited from telling our decision."
When asked if he knows who the Sixers plan on taking with the number one pick, Colangelo said, "Yes, I know what I would do today, but it's subject to change based on circumstances. Anything can happen between now and then. Never say never in this business."
He continued, "I know we will be adding a very good basketball player who will help our team for many years in the future."
The NBA draft will be held on June 23.
