2 Local Photographers Host Free Photo Shoot For Dads And Their Kids
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Some families will start celebrating Father's Day a little earlier this year thanks to two local photographers.
Kenneth St. George and Rashiid Coleman are offering dads a free portrait with their children at the Philadelphia Museum of Art between 1 and 4 p.m. this Saturday.
The photographers are doing it as a way to recognize the efforts of upstanding fathers in the community in the midst of what they call the epidemic of "Fatherless homes."
So far more than 300 families have signed up.
The last day to register for the free portraits is June 1.
