Man Shot Dead In Southwest Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man is dead after a shooting overnight in Southwest Philadelphia.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday along the 2100 block of South 66th Street.
Police say responding officers arrived on scene and found the 26-year-old man inside a car with multiple gunshot wounds to his leg and side.
Investigators say it appears the victim was selling drugs when two men came around the corner and began shooting at him.
He was taken to Presbyterian Hospital where he later died.
Police were searching for the gunmen.
