PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles may not have a 2017 first-round pick anymore, but Philadelphia has emerged as the "leading candidate" to host the 2017 NFL Draft according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Eagles traded their 2017 first-round pick to the Cleveland Browns in a blockbuster deal to move up to No. 2 in this year's draft.
The NHL Draft was held at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center in 2014 and of course, fans booed NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman.
