Cops: Suspect Threw Coffee In Woman's Face After Argument Inside Starbucks

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a woman is wanted for assault after being caught on camera throwing a cup of coffee in another woman's face.

Authorities say on the morning of April 25, a 54-year-old female was inside of a Starbucks Coffee on the 1600 block of Arch Street when she was involved in a physical altercation with another woman.

During the altercation, police say the suspect threw a coffee stirrer at the victim.

Then when they both went outside, the suspect allegedly threw a cup of coffee in the woman's face and punched her in her face and body.

Police say the suspect grabbed the victim's hair and pulled her to the ground. She continued to punch her until a witness separated the two.

Authorities describe the suspect is a black female in her mid-40s, 5'10", 130 pounds, wearing pink pants and carrying a pink bag.
