NJ Man Accused Of Fondling Himself In Front Of Mother And Toddler

RUNNEMEDE, NJ (CBS) – Police say a 58-year-old man was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals and fondling himself in front a mother and her three-year-old son.

Authorities say around 2:47 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 800 block of E. Clements Bridge Road for the report of a man exposing himself.

After an investigation, Runnemede Police arrested Marcial Fantauzzi-Lopez.

Authorities say Fantauzzi-Lopez, of Camden, is charged with one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree sexual assault.

He was remanded to the Camden County Jail on $200,000 bail, officials say.
