Angelo Cataldi Is, Gulp, Back On Twitter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- He's baaaaaaccck.

The longtime SportsRadio 94WIP Morning Show host Angelo Cataldi has announced he is back on Twitter as of Monday, April 4th.

You can follow Cataldi @AngeloCataldi. He has almost 6,000 followers as of Monday morning at 9:40 a.m.

Cataldi joined Twitter in 2009, but his account has not been active for years. He is finally going to change that and we're not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

"If you'd like to follow me and I will follow many of the fans out there and that stuff...I'm gonna filter through the negative because I'm not listening to that stuff," Cataldi said. "I want to give this a chance."

Cataldi picked a busy Philly sports day to re-join Twitter. The Phillies begin their season at 4:05 p.m. in Cincinnati against the Reds on Monday and then Villanova will take on North Carolina at 9:19 p.m. in the National Championship.

Cataldi has been one of the Nova's biggest bandwagon supporters over the past couple of weeks. He tweeted in support of the Wildcats at the end of his show on Monday.
