Small Plane Crashes In Gloucester County

NEW JERSEY (CBS) -- A small plane crashed into a rural area in Gloucester County Saturday afternoon.

According to police this happened just before 4:00 p.m.

The plane crashed upside down in a field near the intersection of Monroeville Road and Lincoln Road. The plane remains in the field, authorities say one person was freed from the aircraft. Police say the victim is alert and conscious.

Details are still developing regarding the passengers conditions.
