Chris Stigall: Storm Brewing For Trump Campaign

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, Chris Stigall said the assault charges filed against Donald Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, by a reporter, Michelle Fields, will have a lasting impact on his run for the White House and will be used vigorously by the Democratic nominee to attack his character.

Stigall suggests Trump supporters need to come to terms with the allegations now and not be surprised when they are brought up repeatedly until election day.

"You do not want to be engaged in the next seven months of, oh, he didn't really hurt the girl. You're not going to win that. We're going to have to figure something out here...The reality is Donald Trump's campaign manager, whether you like it or not, whether it's justified or not, whether it's real or not, whether it's political or not, was charged with assault and battery, simple assault and battery. He was charged with it. The Democrats have pounced and if Trump's the nominee, this will be the next seven months. Trump's a womanizer. Trump's a carouser. Trump disrespects women. Trump's associates beat up women. That's the next seven months, so get your heads around it."
