Uber Enlisting Hackers And Offering Big Bucks

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The ride sharing company Uber is launching a program to pay hacker big money for finding bugs in their apps code.

The bug bounty program offers hackers $10,000 for every critical problem they find.

Uber will also give $5,000 for hackers who flag significant issues and $3,000 for medium issues.

A lot of tech companies have similar programs, but these pay outs for Uber's new offer are particularly high.
