BERKS COUNTY, P.A., (CBS) -- Detectives from the Berks County District Attorney's Office have announced the arrest of a former school bus driver in the Oley School District. Arthur Fick surrendered to authorities on Tuesday after an investigation linked him to alleged inappropriate touching of two girls that rode on buses driven by Fick.

Officials say that a first victim, 16-years-old, reported that she was inappropriately touched by Fick. She told officials that when she was in 5th grade in 2008, attending Oley Elementary School, that Fick had indecent sexual contact with her while she was on the bus.

She added that the incidents occurred on more than one occasion and her mother reported the incident to school authorities.

Fick was working for Quigley Bus Service at the time of the report and was fired.

In February of 2016, officials say they discovered a second victim who reported a similar incident that took place in 2001. The second victim told officials that she was indecently assaulted by Fick when she rode his school bus from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade.

The second victim's mother reported the incident to the Oley School District's authorities.
