Video Shows Officers Arrest Man On Bus, Accused Of Shooting Church's Chicken Employee

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a tip led them to finding Ronald Graham sleeping on a Route 23 SEPTA bus last week. Graham was arrested for allegedly shooting a Church's Chicken employee at a North Philadelphia restaurant.

Surveillance video shows the officer quietly evacuating SEPTA passengers off of the bus.

"One of our tactical officers has his phone in his hand. He's looking at the picture of Ronald Graham and when they take his hat off, he looks and he says that's him," said SEPTA Police Chief Thomas Nestel. "You can try to fake it, but you're not going to get away with it."

Graham, 70, is due in court tomorrow for a status hearing on a mental health evaluation.
