Chris Stigall: Hillary Clinton's Handling Of Emails Was Illegal

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -  On Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, Chris Stigall responded to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's answers to questions at a town hall meeting, saying she broke the law by setting up a private email server and not protecting classified information.

Stigall stated she was not authorized to use her own server, but did it anyway.

"You were not allowed to conduct private business of a private server, Mrs Clinton. You weren't allowed. Your boss said it wasn't allowed. You did it anyway. Why did you feel the need to build a private server? That's the only question. You then go to the next logical question, who did you pay cash to create that server? Well, of course, we know it's the guy that was working at the State Department, who you also paid cash on the side, who is now, after pleading the fifth, been granted immunity so that he will talk forthrightly about the work he did for her. You then scrubbed, Mrs. Clinton, emails that you didn't think our business that were co-mingled with what you claimed were your personal business and handed over what you thought it best for us to see. On top of all of it, we learn it was not a secure server. It wasn't even secure and vulnerable to hacks. Mrs Clinton, you weren't supposed to conduct your business that way. That is illegal."
