Vote: Who Is The Most Trustworthy GM In Philly Sports?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- In a time when presidential candidates are making their cases and campaigning for our trust, we turn to a more amusing topic: Philadelphia sports.

With the majority of Philly's pro sports teams in some sort of rebuild, much of the focus is thrust onto the respective general managers in each of the city's four respective franchises.

So which GM do you trust the most?

The Phillies are at the forefront of their rebuild and have hired new 35-year-old GM Matt Klentak to help lead that charge. Klentak and the Phillies are highlighting patience, as they traded their most valuable commodity in ascending closer Ken Giles this offseason for a multitude of prospects.

The Phillies lead the MLB with seven top-100 prospects, including the league's No. 4 overall prospect in J.P. Crawford.

The 76ers have created the most polarizing front-office situation in the city, and arguably the NBA, thanks to Sam Hinkie and his "Process." Hinkie and the Sixers, now in year three, have been often criticized for hoarding assets and "tanking" for draft picks.

As it stands now, however, the 76ers will likely have three -- maybe four -- first-round picks in the 2016 NBA Draft. As the NBA's worst team, they also have the highest probability at the league's No. 1 overall pick -- who many expect to be LSU freshman Ben Simmons. Add virtually unlimited cap space, a rehabbing Joel Embiid, a Turkey forward in Dario Saric, and young talent in Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor, many fans do indeed Trust The Process.

The Flyers are the most inspiring team in the city right now. Thanks in large part to the patience and cap manager done by GM Ron Hextall, the Flyers find themselves overachieving in just his second season with the team.

The Flyers -- led by first-year head coach Dave Hakstok, captain Claude Giroux, and the sudden emergence of rookie sensation Shayne Gostisbehere -- are just three points out of the Eastern Conference playoff picture with 20 games to play. Furthermore, young players like Ivan Provorov, Sam Morin, Travis Konecny, and Travis Sanheim --- just to name a few --- have Flyers fans' mouths watering.

Of course, the NFL is a different animal and the Eagles are often analyzed in the most critical eye. And after firing head coach Chip Kelly despite his relatively impressive 26-21 record as head coach, GM Howie Roseman is back in charge of personnel decisions.

Roseman, who is certainly not a fan-favorite in Philadelphia, has begun to win over some of the fan base by retaining a lot of team's young talent this offseason.

Roseman has re-signed Zach Ertz, Vinny Curry, Lane Johnson, Brent Celek, Malcolm Jenkins, and of course, quarterback Sam Bradford. The Eagles have the 13th overall pick in this Spring's NFL Draft.
