Chase Daniel Reportedly In Consideration For Eagles' Starting QB
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chase Daniel could be the Eagles' 2016 starting quarterback.
On Thursday, Daniel and the Eagles were officially linked by an NFL reporter, who says new Eagles coach Doug Pederson views Daniel as more than a backup
Daniel, 29, was undrafted in 2009 and spent time with in Washington, New Orleans, and then Kansas City the past three seasons. Pederson was the Chiefs' quarterback's coach during Daniel's tenure in Kansas City.
The Eagles, of course, have major question marks at quarterback as last year's starter Sam Bradford is set to become a free-agent on March 9th.
