Local Woman Shares The Key To A Long Life On Her 109th Birthday

YARDLEY, P.A., (CBS) -- It was no ordinary birthday celebration at all.

Rosalie Esposito, of Yardley, celebrated her 109th birthday on Tuesday. Esposito says the secret to a long life is "everything in moderation."

"Family, friends and faith is how she would describe herself and the reason why she's been here this long," said Dolores Uphoff, Esposito's daughter. "Beside a little wine, good food and just, she's so positive and always has been with everything," she added.

Esposito worked for years as a tailor. Esposito also said she loved to sing and dance and still does both...even with her walker.
