Track Is A Family Affair At Cardinal O'Hara

SPRINGFIELD, P.A., (CBS) -- Track is a family event at Cardinal O'Hara High School. Senior Grace Mancini helped to lead the track team there to a Catholic League title this past weekend by winning the mile race and 3000 meters.

It didn't stop there.

Her sophomore sister, Eleanor, also runs track and placed second in the mile run and third in the 3000 meters. Hold on...there are more Mancinis.

Sophomore Elizabeth is Eleanor's twin and she finished third in the mile.

It doesn't stop there.

Christine "Bean" Mancini is the youngest. The freshman beat her older sisters in the 800 meter run.

"We really learn teamwork from each other," Grace said. The Mancinis are not the only group of siblings on the team.

There are the James brothers, Ryan and Patrick. There are also the Lombardi boys, Justin, Andrew and Luke.

"We go to practice together," said Patrick. "We run together all the time. It's pretty competitive."

On Sunday, the boys finished second overall in the PCL Championships. "Second place overall, but first place in your hearts," said one of the boys.
