PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say they have arrested the man who they say injured an officer with his car early Sunday morning.

Fifty-two-year-old Kevin Cooke, of Cheltenham, has been charged with aggravated assault, driving without a license and related offenses.
