Coastal Flooding Forces Several Roads To Close
ATLANTIC CITY (CBS) – Officials say flooding along the Atlantic County coastline associated with the massive winter storm has forced the temporary closure of several roadways leading in and out of the county's five barrier island communities of Brigantine, Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate and Longport:
Margate Bridge boulevard, Longport Boulevard between Longport and Somers Point, the Rt. 52 Causeway between Somers Point and Ocean City, Brigantine Boulevard as well as the Black Horse Pike (Rt. 322) between Pleasantville and Atlantic City and the White Horse Pike (Rt. 30) between Absecon and Atlantic City.
Additional closures include:
- Dorset Avenue in Ventnor, between Monmouth and Ventnor Avenues.
