Taste With Tori And Chef Marc Vetri

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- People ordering up cheesesteaks--maybe stocking up ahead of the blizzard---at 'Pat's King Of Steaks' may have done a double-take waiting for their order.

Working the grill was Marc Vetri, renowned chef of some of the finest Italian restaurants in Philadelphia.

Chef Vetri was the second participant in a guest-chef series hosted by Frank Oliveiri of Pat's King of Steaks in South Philly.

The chef prepared his gourmet version of the iconic Philly cheesesteak smothered in Taleggio cheese with fried mortadella, cherry peppers and onions on Aversa rolls.

Proceeds from the sales go to the Vetri Community Partnership, a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission is to help kids experience the connection between healthy eating and healthy living.
