Popular Lip Balm Center Of Class Action Lawsuit
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The popular EOS lip balm touted by many celebrities is at the center of a class action lawsuit.
The suit filed by a California woman claims the egg shaped lip balm left her with rashes, bleeding and blistering.
Lawyers say EOS's claim that it uses only the best and natural ingredients is false.
The company released a statement on Facebook saying, "EOS products are safe to use and meet or exceed all safety standards."
