Montgomery County Man Faces Child Porn Charges

NORRISTOWN, Pa., (CBS) -- A Montgomery County man is facing felony charges of child pornography.

Andrew Nutinsky, 25, of Lafayette Hill is charged with 10 counts of Child Pornography and one felony count of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility.

According to the criminal complaint, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted Montgomery County detectives about a tip they got about an explicit image uploaded to Skype of a naked girl believed to be about 4 years old.

The IP Address was traced to a home in Lafayette Hill, when detectives served a search warrant at the Nutinsky family home, they say they found up a video and 53 images on Andrew Nutinsky's hard drive, including the one reported by Skype. The complaint also says Nutinsky told investigators at the scene that he was responsible for the possession and collection of the pornography.

Nutinsky's attorney declined comment at this time.
