Drone Registration With FAA Begins Today
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Today marks a milestone in the rapidly growing use of drones by Americans.
Owners must now register their drones with the Federal Aviation Administration.
Owners are subject to civil and criminal penalties is they fail to register.
