PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On today's Apptastic and Outta site - Flow for Instagram.

Instagram's a great way to share photos, but the problem with the service is it locks the size of pictures, meaning people who want to view them can't enlarge them. And scrolling can be problematic as well. Flow for Instagram makes that easier, loading pictures fast and letting you search for hashtags and even play videos back full screen.
