"Caring Santa" At Local Mall Greets Children With Special Needs
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Santa Claus gave special attention to some very deserving children.
At the Philadelphia Mill Mall, children with special needs were able to ask Santa their wishes in a calm environment.
No lines, no crowds.
The children also got to listen to Christmas stories and participate in other holiday activities.
It was all part of the "Caring Santa" event.
