Speculation In Philadelphia Over Who Will Replace Chicago's Top Cop

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  Chicago's mayor is promising change after firing the city's top cop, and that has speculation growing here in Philadelphia.

Garry McCarthy resigned at the request of the mayor amid angry protests over how authorities responded to the fatal shooting of a black teenager by a white police officer last year.

There's already a lot of conjecture over who will be the next Chicago Police Superintendent.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey says, right now, it's not him.

Ramsey is a Chicago native and spent 26 years with the Chicago Police Department.
