Fire Destroys Home In Salem County
PENNS GROVE, N.J. (CBS) -- Fire gutted a home overnight in Salem County, New Jersey.
Crews responded to a report of a heater or furnace fire around 10 p.m. Friday along West Pitman Street in Penns Grove.
Firefighters quickly placed the fire under control, but it sparked back up around 1 a.m. Saturday and the flames fully engulfed the home.
There were no reports of injuries, but the home was destroyed by the fire.
Two families were displaced by the blaze.
