More Pressure For Action On Email Scandal That Touches Top Judges And More

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Pennsylvania Senator Anthony Williams lead a coalition of civic groups today calling for the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Michael Eakin for offensive emails linked to his personal account.

A special council ruled Eakins actions were not illegal, but a coalition of civic groups lead by a state senator is calling that investigation a cover up.

"What has been described as porn gate should be described as hate gate."

Senator Anthony Williams spent the morning showing leaders from the NAACP, NOW, and other groups sexually explicit and racist jokes and videos and other materials, sent via email to or from Justice Eakin's private email to judges, prosecutors and others on state servers.

"It doesn't stop with Justice Eakin, it starts with Justice Eakin."

Williams and his coalition are calling for Eakin's immediate resignation, claiming prior investigations were tainted by conflicts of interest- that include the Judicial Conduct Board Chief Council Robert Graci.

The coalition is also calling for a special prosecutor to investigate the scandalous emails and new legislation.

No word yet from the Judicial Conduct Board.
