Cops: Student Brought Stun Gun To Phila. School

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating after they say a student brought a stun gun into school Friday.

Authorities say another student at Belmont Charter School reported the weapon to school officials.

The student was called to the principal's office, where he admitted to having the weapon, police say.

The student is currently with school officials and police.

Officials say the school is not on lockdown and everyone is safe.
