According to police, Miller was the triggerman in a shooting four blocks away around 6 o'clock on the evening of August 25th, when he walked up to a 29-year-old driver at the intersection of of Woodlawn and Bloyd Streets, and shot him in the head.

The victim blacked out and crashed the car. He survived, but was badly wounded. Police believe Miller, aka Spain, aka Fell, may be connected to a number of other shootings in the area. He's considered to be armed and dangerous.
