Video: Chase Utley Viciously Booed By Mets Fans

By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chase Utley is public enemy No. 1 for New York Mets fans.

Utley, who broke the leg of Mets infielder Ruben Tejada during Game 2 of the NLDS Saturday night with a controversial slide, was booed viciously on Monday night.

The PA announcer clearly let the Utley boos breathe, giving the fans an extra few seconds to express their displeasure with the Dodgers second baseman.

Utley was suspended two games for the slide, but pending appeal he was able to play in Game 3. Utley, however, did not play in the game and the Dodgers fell 13-7 to the Mets.
