Eagles Fans File Into Linc' With Mixed Feelings About Today's Game

By Cherri Gregg

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles and the Saints are both 1-3 so far this season, making today's game a must win for both teams.

Shaun Young hasn't missed a home Eagles game in years. Today he waited outside the gate at the Linc' before dawn, face painted and ready to go.

"I feel good about it," Super fan Young said. "I feel confident about it."

The Eagles are favored 3 to 1 over the saints, a team with a struggling defense, but the Eagles lack execution according to head coach Chip Kelly, so there are no guarantees, but Shawn believes they can overcome the flaws.

"Today the Saints might be marching in, but they'll be playing taps on the way out," Young Said.

Dennis Diangelo tailgates before every Eagles home game. Despite him supporting his custom Eagles jersey, he's discouraged with the job Chip Kelly has done as head coach.

"We gotta get rid of him, he's our downfall, I don't think he can hack it here in the NFL."

Kelly told reporters the problem with the team execution and blame is shared by players, coaches and the entire organizations. Despite the repeated losses, a positive Birds fans like John Kendall hopes the team can find a way to get the win.

"Two years ago we started 1 and 3 and made the playoffs so, I'm feeling good about this game."

Win or lose, fans like Shaun Young believe it's not over until it's over.

"We're not done, Philadelphia Eagles will survive today," Young said. "The NFC East is still up for grabs."
