Report: Kiko Alonso To Get Second Opinion From Dr. James Andrews
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A second opinion from Dr. James Andrews on the same knee Kiko Alonso injured last year doesn't sound good.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, that's exactly what is happening.
Alonso, who injured his left knee in the Eagles' Week 2 loss against the Cowboys, will see Dr. James Andrews for a second opinion on Monday in Florida, according to Schefter's report.
Alonso, who missed the entire 2014 season after tearing his left ACL, was traded to Philadelphia this offseason. Alonso is hoping to avoid his second straight season ending knee surgery.
